A 365 Daily Challenge: Day 29

Day 29
26.03.2014
Topic: The river in the glowing sun
Topic given by AB

A crystal clear sky eroding through the ground
A completion of life caught
in one describing still frame picture after another
Perfect
It speaks of life just by reflecting it
With an image of a sorcerer
Glowing of fire and desire
Slightly discolored and mishaped
By the slight wind
that breaths through the reflection

The power source
The light
Which seem to control the humans,
that have rejected the existence of this image to seek the future.

Now it finds itself mirrored
Almost enjoying the character
it adds to the river
Making the river feel important
Giving it a face lift and a reason

Together they have changed the entire perception of its surroundings

Just by reflecting life

Nice! There’s smiling poems and thinking poems and reminiscing poems among others .Now you’ve got a quick red light with opening lines that slams on the brakes to inside the box thinking.Love it.

I can’t stop reading this. I must have read it three times at every reading, every day since I first saw it. Water, sky, earth, wind, fire, light, serpents, darkness, Adam and Eve, the mirror of introspection, abandonment, human beings leaving paradise in search of even more happiness. A vortex came into being. The unseen collaboration of mystic minds enjoying subconscious metaphores and unintentioned veiled similies.. . Laid out for us by the hand of intuition while your consciousness was focused and sub conscious awareness played with you. Used you. But now they’re busted. They thought they would get away with it, but they forgot about me. I really, really love day 29

I do not know how to respond to such a comment. I humbly thank you and hope I can give you more poetry that can catch your eye like this again.
